General

  • By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service and agree to work with me with best intent in mind.

  • I will always communicate with clients to the best of my ability and seek to accommodate requests within my ability.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any request or commission that makes me uncomfortable for any reason.

Payment

  • VGen is my primary commission platform

  • Full payment up front after a proposal is agreed upon

  • Paypal is available for special professional projects

Communication

  • I prefer to maintain open dialogue while working on active commissions!

  • My preferred comminication platforms are through either VGen messages or Discord.

  • If I have a delay in my schedule for any reason I will communicate it promptly.

Revisions Policy

  • I send WIP updates regularly as I work on commissions, I am happy to make adjustments to a piece at any of these stages so long as it is for the stage of the process I am currently in (ex. changing the pose when I send the rough pose outline, revising details in the outfit when I am lining the piece.)

  • Major revisions requested that that require reworking previously completed stages may incur additional fees (ex. Requesting a change to the line art AFTER I've started to fill in the color.)

Usage Terms

  • You MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork for monetized or commercial purposes without purchasing the additional license (+100% additional cost)

  • You MAY post your commissioned artwork with proper credit.

  • You MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFT or AI.

  • You MAY NOT alter my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, or attempt to claim it as your own. The only exception would be cropping/resizing the image for an icon, layout, or other similar use.

  • I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio.

Deadlines and Delivery

  • Turn Around Time (TAT) depends on the type of commission and my current work queue.

  • I typically complete commissions within a month of receiving them regardless of commission type and work queue

  • I guarantee delivery within three months of a proposal being agreed upon.

  • TAT once I've begun a commission typically ranges from about 2 days - 1 week for sketch style commissions and 1-3 weeks for character illustrations

Refund Policy

  • You may receive a full refund if I have not begun the commission yet.

  • You may receive a partial refund based on amount of the piece completed if I have begun but not finished the commission.

  • You may receive a full refund if I cannot meet the established deadline and a delay was not communicated and agreed upon.

  • If delays of final delivery are caused by failure of the client to communicate, refunds may not be issued.
